About the event
Each year, hundreds gather in Gold Hill for the Lighting of the Fall Fires. This event is hosted by the Historic Gold Hill Preservation Society and the proceeds benefit their mission to protect the significance of the historic gold mining town of Gold Hill. You'll travel from each of the shops and other locations where your "gold nuggets" can be traded for holiday treats!
